Anarchy Brew Co is an award-winning craft brewery. Their first batch of beer was brewed in January 2012. Some five years later, they supply most of the capitals of Europe and Scandinavia, as well as Russia’s fabulous Moscow. Tring Brewery was founded in 1992, reviving the art of brewing in the picturesque Hertfordshire town of Tring. Currently celebrating their 25th anniversary, many folks consider them one of UK’s best breweries already! With demand ever increasing, they relocated to a new 30-barrel brewery in 2010 and have continued to attract new customers and awards ever since. This year brings a whole new range of innovative “small batch beers” thanks to two additional, smaller brew kits.

Established in 2007 by Aussie Shane and his Welsh wife Alison, Stonehouse is a family-run brewery situated next to the old Cambrian Railway. A range of beers (from summery pale ales to rich porters) are brewed on site, as well as a legendary natural cider. It’s tough to narrow down their best beer though, as multiple styles—the Cambrian Gold Ale, Witbier, and Sunlander Pale—have all won awards.
The welcoming brewery bar and visitor centre has benches laid out in the orchard for people to enjoy a pint in the wonderful (and sometimes sunny) beer garden, large windows for viewing the brewery, and a selection of bottles for sale. This year, the Triple fff brewery celebrates its 20-year anniversary. All their regular ales have won major CAMRA awards at the Great British Beer Festival, the pinnacle of which was Supreme Champion Beer of Britain in 2008, “Alton’s Pride”.
Being situated 350 yards from the Four Marks steam railway station on the Watercress Line provides a great way to get to the brewery’s popular shop while seeing the beautiful Hampshire countryside. Yeovil Ales is a family-run brewery which was founded in October 2005 by Rob and Dave Sherwood. Their passion for quality, service and developing innovative new brews has led to a host of local and national awards.

Founded in 2014 by Paul Anspach and Jack Hobday, Anspach & Hobday is a contemporary microbrewery located in a railway arch in Bermondsey, London. In the heart of hop-growing country, Shepherd Neame’s award-winning guided tour takes visitors around the home of Britain’s oldest brewer to see how beer is made at its traditional home. Now in their 11th year, Arbor Ales have been at the heart of Bristol’s thriving craft beer scene since 2007. Their focus has always been making drinkable and flavoursome beers of all kinds.
